Opened Spring of 2004, The Banquet Room at Cooks Creek Golf Club is capable of holding up to 175 guests. With a panoramic view of the award winning golf course, The Banquet Room at Cooks Creek Golf Club is the perfect setting for any event.
Rental Fee The rental fee for the Banquet Room at Cooks Creek Golf Club is $500.00. This fee includes room rental for 5 hours, standard linens, and bartender fees.
To book an event in The Banquet Room at Cooks Creek Golf Club, a contract must be signed by a Cooks Creek Golf Club Representative and a representative of the party booking the event. At this time, a $500.00 non-refundable deposit must be submitted with the signed contract. This deposit must be either in the form of a check or cash.
Standard Linens Standard linens include white tablecloths and white napkins. A variety of napkins colors are available at an additional charge of $15.00 per one hundred (100) napkins.
Guaranteed Number of Guests Eight business days prior to the event, a guaranteed number of people must be provided to Cooks Creek Golf Club. This is the minimum number of people that the persons holding the event will be charged for. The final amount that the persons holding the event will be charged for will be the greater of the actual or guaranteed number.
Service Charge and Sales Tax
An 18% service charge will be applied towards all food and beverage purchases. Additionally, a 7% sales tax will be charged on the final invoice.
Payment
Upon receipt of the guaranteed number of guests, an invoice will be presented to the persons holding the event. Payment of this invoice is due one day prior to the event. In the event that the number of guests is greater than the guaranteed number of persons, an additional invoice will be presented following the event. Payment of this invoice is due within thirty (30) days. Monies past due will be subject to a 1.5% finance charge.
